GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR DEMO BLAST CONTEST

Each trader should designate a demo account for this contest and must register it as participant in a particular given month. The 1st five traders with the highest accumulated gaining in trading their designated demo account at the end of a given month (last day/date of the month 23:59 GMT) shall win the real money prizes that will be deposited in their live trading account.

ITS IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER THE GUIDELINES BEFORE JOINING THE CONTEST TO AVOID BEING DISQUALIFIED.
Here are the CONTEST GUIDELINES:

1. General Guidelines
1.1 Demo Blast is a Contest applicable to DEMO TRADING ACCOUNTS designated by the contestants upon registration. The contest is held every month starting from first day/date of the Month (00:00 GMT) up to the last day/date of the Month (23:59:59 GMT; excluding weekend).
1.2 Trader requires registering a new account for each month's contest Traders are allowed to do advanced registration starting from 20th day/date of particular month until the 10th day/date of the next following month. For example on October's advanced registration period: 20th September 2011 – 10th October 2011; traders are encouraged to make advance registration before the next contest taken place.
1.3 Monthly Prizes up to $1000 USD will be credited to the winner's newly separated live account, distributed in the following manner:
1st Place - 1000 USD
2nd Place - 500 USD
3rd Place - 300 USD
4th Place - 100 USD
5th Place - 100 USD
1.4 The contest "DEMO BLAST" will officially start on September 1, 2011 (00:00 GMT).
1.5 All trading instruments which are available in IKOFX trading terminal can be used in trading except GOLD.
2. Contestants
2.1 All persons who are 18 years old or more, whether an existing IKOFX client or not, may participate in the Contest.
2.2 Every Contestant in a given month must register for the tournament in that particularly month and must designate a demo account with leverage 1:500 by default. Once registered, the designated demo account will be given an initial deposit of 20,000USD.
2.3 The contestant must provide valid data; the full name must be identical with the one in the official ID document; and the active contact email. IKOFX deserves the rights to forfeit any winning contestant whom had provided false information.
2.4 IKOFX reserves the rights to decline registration of any participant without explaining the reason or disqualify any participant during the Contest or after the Contest is over with explanation. The reason of disqualifying can be opening the big volume opposite orders with the same currency pairs in different trading accounts at the same time approximately, as well as usage of failures in the quote flow for getting guaranteed profit.
2.5 By registering for the contest, a contestant accepts all restrictions and rules applicable for the contest. Should the contest rules be violated, IKOFX reserves the right of disqualifying a participant in the course of the contest.
2.6 IKOFX prohibits all contestant from having multiple account in any particular month, all contestant only allowed to use a single account in a month.
3. Result publication
Results of the contest in a given month will be announced and published in the website ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] during 30 days after the contest month or first week of the month. The equity of Contestants' accounts as well as contestants' statement shall be published and available at the website.
4. Winner Determination and Prizes
4.1 The 1st five traders with the highest accumulated gain in trading their designated demo account at the end of a given month (last day/date of the month 23:59 GMT) shall win the real money prizes that will be deposited in their newly separated live trading account. Once the current contest is finished, all deals will be closed automatically by current prices.
4.2 In case of tie, the decision who shall be the winner will be taken by IKOFX, and the losing party will take the next lower prize.
4.3 The winners agree that their names will be published in and/or outside the website, and IKOFX has the rights to use any information related to the winners’ accounts for advertising and publish it on forum, company’s website or other media.
4.4 The winner should send an email to IKOFX as to which live account (that he owned) that the prize will be credited.
4.5 Prize will be credited into a separated live account based on the valid, existing data from the contestant (*If any), else prize winner will have to submit valid, certify identification documents, and full detail information to the authority of IKOFX.
4.6 A particular live account which contest prize was credited into will be removed right after a prize winner had made the withdrawal of the profit that was made from the awarded prize.
5. Others
IKOFX reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as well as rules of this contest. It has all the right to disqualify any participant in case of Contest Rules violation without prior notification, and can cancel or re-calculate the participant's orders and/or prizes in case of Contest Rules violation without prior notification. Any arguments and/or disputes pertaining to this contest shall be settled by IKOFX which decisions are final and cannot be reviewed.
